By accessing or using Team Stats, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Description of Service

Team Stats provides analytics and insights for GitHub repositories and team activity. You connect GitHub with a personal access token, GitHub sign-in (OAuth), and/or a GitHub App to access repository and contribution data you authorize.

3. Your Data and GitHub

You control which repositories and data we access. We store only what is necessary to provide the service and to improve it. We do not sell your data. Our use of GitHub data is subject to the GitHub Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the service for illegal purposes, to violate any third-party rights, or to abuse or overload our systems. We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

5. Subscription and Billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on our pricing page and in-app plans screen. You may cancel at any time via the billing portal. Refunds are handled according to our billing provider's policy.

6. Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
